Discounts:
Depending on the total amount of your order and the products you choose, you will get a discount up to 25%
The discounts refer exclusively to orders made via our online shop.
Discount will appear to you before you place your order at the final step of the basket.

Orders:
Can I place my order by phone?
You can place your order by phone. For details, please contact the contact number or, even better, send us an email.
-Can I place an order as a guest?
You can place your order as a guest or as a registered customer.
-How do I know that my order has been received?
You will receive an e-mail when your order is completed. The processing status of your order will follow with another email.

Products:
-What do I have to do when i receive a product that i never order?
Please contact us so we can make sure that you will receive the correct goods as soon as possible.
-Can I return an item that I don't like?
You can return the item/s to us within 14 days. Please note that original packaging must not be damaged and the product/s must be in a new condition.

Shipping:
-How long does it usually take until I receive my order?
Upon receipt of your order, we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. You will receive your order status by e-mail.

- What is the shipping cost?
Check basket before the final step of your order. Free shipping over 50€.
